Daisy Turner and Pippa Jacob are Twin Yoga, a double act bringing fun, mindful practice to your mat.

Now based in two locations, London and Suffolk, we are delighted to offer our students pure hatha, fiery flow, yin and mindfulness classes.

By day, Pippa is a practising architect and occasional lecturer in East Anglia. Having worked in international development, Daisy moved to the Big Smoke for a career in Finance.

Daisy found yoga almost 12 years ago whilst recovering from illness and it was instrumental in building both physical and mental strength. Upon returning to her home town of Ipswich, Daisy and her mum, Lynn began running seasonal yoga days as a means for drawing together yoga and wellness practitioners from around East Anglia.

Daisy loves sharing a strong hatha flow practice lead by the breath.  Daisy also teaches Yin which offers the chance to really draw inwards, work through challenges and find new space in the body.

Pippa arrived on the mat 7 years ago after wandering down the path of mindfulness meditation as a way to live with anxiety and depression. During an 8 week course, Pippa practised mindful movement which she fell in love with and learned that this was yoga. Ever since that course, Pippa has integrated yoga and mediation into her daily life. Much like Daisy, yoga has been a journey to wellness.

Daisy and Pippa decided to bring their passions for yoga and teaching together and embarked upon a 200 hours Yoga Alliance Teacher Training course in December 2017 with the legendary female yogi Padma Nair of PadmaKarma in Kerala, India.

You can expect to find Twin Yoga combining hatha flow with chanting, breath work (pranayama) and guided meditation. They love teaching together and the benefit of having two teachers is that one can lead and the other can move through the room, giving personal attention and adjustments to help each student find their next level.
