I LOVE Sunday morning double yoga session with the fantastic Twin Yoga. Having a dynamic Hatha to energise and wake the body up – still with a focus on breathing and staying present – followed by a slow, meditative and nourishing Yin is a perfect combination and a great start to a Sunday. Thank you Daisy and Pippa.

Such a healthy, healing buzz through-out the whole day. A well- organised event and great space to connect with yourself and others. Dynamic teachers share unique practices – there’s truly something for everyone. The pick me up bliss-balls provided an extra treat between classes and the freshly prepared vegan meal left everyone wanting more.
